Dear colleagues
We kindly invite you to take part in the XV Ural Demographic Forum "Sustainability of Demographic
Development: Determinants and Resources" ” (UDF-2024), which will be held in Ekaterinburg on 5-7
June, 2024.

UDF-2024 aims at enhancing scientific cooperation, exchanging experience and scientific results
achieved by Russian and international researchers in the field of population science and related disciplines,
improving research strategies, and offering practical recommendations concerning demographic
development.
UDF-2024 will traditionally bring together representatives of the academia, authorities, public
organizations focused on social, demographic and migration policy. As part of the event, the contest
"Demography of the native state" will be held (the terms of participation and requirements for projects
are posted on the forum's website http://udf-conf.ru).
The Proceedings of UDF-2024 will have been issued by the beginning of the Forum. All articles will
be indexed in Russian Index of Science Citation (RISC). Publication of papers indexed in RISC is free of
charge, no registration fee required. By the authors' request, peer-reviewed articles will be published in a
journal indexed in the Scopus database and sent for indexing. The registration fee will be posted on the
conference website.

Requirements and paper formatting guidelines

in the period from 5 December 2023 to 15 February 2024.
